EVT's Voraxial O/W Separator
Enviro Voraxial Technology's (EVT's) voraxial separator is a continuous-flow
machine that produces a high centrifugal force to separate liquid mixtures, or a
combination of liquids and solids, by their specific gravity. It is very compact
and energy requirements, compared to centrifugal devices, are low. Data are
available in oilfield applications. An extended article about the Voraxial
separator appears in
World Oil's
December issue.

Solicitation for Low Impact Natural Gas and Oil (LINGO)
Proposals are sought for projects that will analyze the key factors and
tradeoffs involved in minimizing adverse life cycle impacts while achieving
economic production of oil and gas and will then produce plans for integrating
state of the art technologies with innovative practices to achieve these
environmental and economic results. Applications due February 28, 2006
