September 2008: Environmental Program Archive, - Program Results from 1991 to 2008, Version 1.0, DOE/NETL-2008/1327 - A DVD Archive of research conducted by the Department of Energy’s National Energy Technology Laboratory and other National Laboratories that focuses on promoting oil and gas development while maintaining environmental protection of the nation’s land and vital resources. Significant research was conducted to assist Federal regulatory agencies in determining regulations that protected the environment and avoided unnecessary costs to oil and gas producers, including streamlining permitting requirements.
